A Green Bay area company is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their team! The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the accounting and human resources departments by performing duties such as printing invoices and pulling reports, answering employee questions, maintaining employee files, and performing receptionist duties including answering the phones and directing calls and guests. A qualified Administrative Assistant will be bilingual in Spanish, have strong communication skills, some accounting and HR knowledge, and a positive attitude.

 

Office Assistant Job Highlights:

  • Pay is $16.00-19.00/hour
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, Hours between 8am-5pm
  • TEMPORARY until March 2025!

 

What you will be doing:

  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Distribute and process all invoices and payments
  • Pull reports and verify accuracy, adjusting as needed
  • Enter general journal entries on a daily basis
  • Assist HR Team during Open Enrollment preparation and execution
  • Record personnel information and maintain employee files
  • Enter new hire, wage updates, notices, and other information into various systems.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, math and record keeping
  • Strong organization skills with a great attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
