Salary: $20/hour

A religious day school in Sarasota is seeking a Part Time Custodian to join their team!

Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00/ Hour

Schedule: Part Time, Sunday-Thursday

Monday-Thursday - 2:30pm - 6:00pm

Sunday - 8:00am - 1:45pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness of offices, work areas and public areas by performing a variety of janitorial duties
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors
• Cleaning restrooms and shared facilities
• Vacuuming, dusting rooms and hallways
• Cleaning employee breakroom/kitchen areas
• Providing trash removal from offices, classrooms, and other general areas
• Occasional event set up: chairs, tables, etc.
• Project a positive image of the building and its facilities
• Carry out other custodial tasks as directed

Qualifications:

• Ability to walk, bend, stand throughout shift
• Comfortable cleaning up after children
• Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Level 2 Background Screening is Required
