Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a leading establishment in Chelan and Douglas County, WA. We're seeking dedicated individuals eager to contribute to the metal casting and manufacturing sector.

Position Overview:

• Role: Foundry Operator
• Type: Full-Time Permanent
• Industry: Metal Casting and Manufacturing
• Location: Wenatchee area
• Work Schedule: Multiple shifts available (Day, Afternoon/Evening, Midnight)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dipping bucket into molten aluminum and pouring into molds.
2. Operating and managing the molding process.
3. Removing casted pieces and grinding off excess metal.
4. Painting molds and operating drill presses.
5. Heat treatment operations.
6. Ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Reliable and adaptable nature.

• Ability to move, push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds.

• Experience with basic hand tools.

• Must pass a drug screen before assignment.

• Comfortable in a dusty, fast-paced environment. 

• Must wear long pants, steel-toed boots, long sleeves, or protective arm sleeves.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive compensation: $17.50-$19.00 per hour, based on shift and/or experience. 

• Full-time, permanent position.
