Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Schedule/Shift: 2nd shift, Mon-Fri (2:30p-11:00p)

Brief Job Description: Manage resources to include Machine Operators, equipment, and materials. Make decisions and be responsible for workflow through the shop and technical training of the machine Operators. Primarily serve as shift or work cell team lead that guides Machine Operators and projects of varying scope:

• Serve as a technical resource and team leader for Machine Operators.
• Train and develop less experienced operators and participate in their development in partnership with Value Stream Manager.
• Provide guidance, feedback and positive behavior modeling Compnay''s culture of care.
• Make suggestions to improve production and order processing efficiency.

We will teach you new skills as you learn to manage your shift and operate and troubleshoot all machinery.
