Our client is looking for Interior Designers to oversee the design and decorative process for both working and living areas from start to finish. Their primary duties include sketching various design plans, determining project costs, and sourcing materials and products for the designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
• 3-5 Years of experience in the commercial interior design field
• Creative solid, and visionary ability
• Technical skills including Revit, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam
• NCIDQ is not required however is a plus
• Understanding of architectural and interior documents
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of architectural and interior documents
• Ability to assess, interpret and apply client standards
• Ability to efficiently prepare budgets for all project types

Responsibilities:

• Design and Production of interior plans, elevations, and details required to complete internal design documents in Revit
• Design and detailing of basic millwork and the ability to draft showing constructability and design intent)
• Selection and thorough research of interior architectural building materials, lighting, and furniture
• FFE material selections and specifications
• Coordination with multiple disciplines, including building architects, MEP engineers, and onsite construction team
• Preparation of clear and impressive client presentations
• Polite and respectful communication with clients, vendors, and the team
• Representing the team effectively through communication and professionalism
