Duties:

• Set up and operate machinery to produce finished products.
• Maintain equipment, materials, and safe working conditions.
• Follow production schedules and quality standards.
• Work with a team to ensure that product meets quality standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions.
• Basic math skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment.
