Salary: $19/hr

We are actively recruiting for a Production Operator for a manufacturing company in Leominster MA. The Production Operator is responsible for performing a variety of operations in the manufacturing of Thermoplastics concentrates and compounds such as  machine operation, blending and packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Pull and blend raw materials for processing; Move raw materials from warehouse to manufacturing area
• Accurate measurement of raw material ingredients
• Operate various compounding lines
• Monitor machine production
• Prepare packaging materials for shipment
• Operate and clean equipment
• Operate rider-type industrial forklift (will train)

Requirements: 

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Good mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Hours are Mon-Thurs 7:00am - 5:00pm, Fri: 7:00am-4:00pm 
The pay rate is $19/hr with increase to $20/hr after 6 months. The weekly pay is $1,016 with the mandatory weekly overtime.
