The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing administrative and physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Strong attention to detail, communication, adaptability, and a willingness to work in a collaborative team environment are skills that will support a high level of success in this position.

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience and/or training or equivalent post-secondary education degree.
- Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic.
- Organized and motivated team player.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous warehouse/inventory control experience preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to count accurately.
- Previous experience operating a computer and communicating via email and text.
- Prior handheld barcode scanner experience preferred.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills: ability to work across a variety of departments.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and instructions.
- Previous experience with an RF Scanner preferred.

Bonus Skills and Experience:

- Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, electric pallet jack, and manual pallet jack.
- Experience working with an ERP system.

- This position will be subject to mostly controlled but potential varying internal environmental conditions, including changes in temperature and noise that are within acceptable safety levels common to a warehouse environment.
- Work may involve long-term standing, sitting, and frequent walking throughout areas such as the warehouse, assembly, or machine shop, as well as navigating common hazards related to these areas.
- Must have visual acuity for viewing a computer screen, the ability to talk, and hear.
- Must be able to carry, lift and push/pull up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must have the ability to see, smell, hear, talk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel and twist, crouch, crawl, reach, grasp, sit, stand, and walk.
- Weekend and overtime work may be required.
- Additional physical duties may be required as necessary.
- While COVID-19 precautions are in effect, this role requires the use of face masks/face coverings and gloves while working in our facilities.
