Salary: $20.00 per hour

Express Employment is seeking a dedicated Service Writer with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and listen to their needs
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Prepare work orders and maintain accurate service records
• Ensure all customer information and service history are up-to-date
• Accurately document customer issues
• Provide cost estimates and ensure customers understand the charges
