OVERVIEW: Local apartment complex is seeking a maintenance person to join their team for a long term temp-to-hire position. 

 

DUTIES:

• Assist with work orders
• Assist with apartment turnovers
• Grounds keeping

 

PAY: $20.00-25.00/HR DOE

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

•  Maintenance experience
•  Ability to use power tools and hand tools
•  Mechanical Inclination
