Mon-Fri Day Shift 

 

Shop Helper Needed- Direct Hire for a 3rd generation family owned and operated business since 1977. This small company specializes in aggregate processing plant repair, maintenance, modifications, installation, and relocation. With over 20 years’ experience in the rock crushing industry and over 30 years in the welding and fabrication industry.

 

Primary Duties:

• Read a measuring tape
• Good Math Skills
• Safe use of grinders, drills, oxyacetylene torch, and plasma cutter
• Communication - some sort of construction background
• Able to drive to shop and job sites
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Work from an elevated man lift
• Welding experience is a plus
• Forklift Operation
  

 

·         REQUIREMENTS:

·         Lift 50 lbs.

·         Ability to work in a team and independently 

·         Read a tape measure

·         Operate drills, grinder and hand tools 

·         Love to work with hands

·         Organized.

·         Quick learner

·         Great attitude

·         Reliable.

·         Hard worker

·         Desire to improve
