Our client in Jersey City is in need of an Executive Assistant for a small office. 
This is a temp-to-hire position. Parking is available onsite.

Skills/Qualifications needed: 
Minimum of three to five years experience as an Executive Assistant,
Minimum Associates degree
Excellent writing and editorial ability
Comprehensive secretarial skills, including full competence in MS Word and Outlook.
Photoshop is a plus.
Strong organizational skills to handle travel and calendar arrangements for the owners. 
Responsibilities also include answering office phones. 

Pay:
$25 hourly

Hours:
8:30am-4:00 PM 
Monday-Friday (onsite)
