Our client in Jersey City is in need of an Executive Assistant for a small office. This is a temp-to-hire position. Parking is available onsite.Skills/Qualifications needed: Minimum of three to five years experience as an Executive Assistant, Minimum Associates degreeExcellent writing and editorial abilityComprehensive secretarial skills, including full competence in MS Word and Outlook. Photoshop is a plus. Strong organizational skills to handle travel and calendar arrangements for the owners. Responsibilities also include answering office phones. Pay: $25 hourlyHours: 8:30am-4:00 PM Monday-Friday (onsite)
