Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to help manage the general maintenance of both residential and commercial properties. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on and helping customers.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:
Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the properties and ensure the grounds are clean and presentable. This may include plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical work. Installation of new appliances as needed.
- Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
- Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Must have at least one year of related experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Must be able to climb, balance and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Company vehicle provided when traveling between properties
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Occasional call rotation for emergencies.
Pay: $26-$27
