Express Employment is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Loan Officer Assistant for loan agency in Muscatine, IA!

 

Responsibilities of the Loan Officer Assistant:

·         Taking and processing consumer loan applications

·         Making collections calls regarding 10 day grace period

·         Answering and directing phone calls

·         Greeting and assisting customers

·         Balancing cash drawers

·         Managing monthly reports

 

Requirements of the Loan Officer Assistant:

·         Bilingual (English/Spanish)

·         2-3 years customer service and cash handing experience

·         Strong attention to detail and mathematical competency

·         Basic Microsoft Office knowledge 

 

Compensation & Schedule details for the Loan Officer Assistant:

·         Full-Time

·         Working 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

·         $15.00-16.00/hour
