Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently, collaborating across teams when needed.
• Provide accurate product/service information and assist with orders and returns.
• Maintain customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
• Six months of experience in retail or customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
• Empathy and adaptability in customer interactions
