This position will answer inbound calls and organize check-in activities. This innovative company is moving fast and is looking for long term employees. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Verify all pick up information to carriers
• Provide shipment information to carriers
• Gather and communicate information for proper problem resolution

Requirements:

• Experience in a Dispatch role a plus but not required
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• Must be professional yet adaptable to different situations

Work Schedule and Pay:

• Tuesday through Saturday 8am - 4pm
