Job Description: Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist (Automotive Dealership)

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts receivable, ensuring accurate customer payment processing.
• Manage vendor invoices for accounts payable, executing timely payments.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and assist with financial reporting.
• Utilize Reynolds Software for efficient financial operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30am -4:00pm

Pay Rate: $17-$22/hr based on experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in automotive dealership finance with Reynolds Software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in financial software and basic accounting principles.
