Salary: $23.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals in Barrie, Ontario is currently looking for a CNC Setter/ Operator in Barrie, ON and surrounding areas for one of our busy local clients.

Our client is looking for someone who is reliable and responsible for a potentially long term role within the company. Previous CNC Mill and CNC Lathe experience is desired. Programming experience beneficial but not required.

Schedule: Days or Afternoons 

Wage: $23.00 / hr

Job Duties:

• Demonstrate a high standard of work ethic and professionalism at all times
• Prepare CNC programs and setup machine
• Support machine setup and operation personnel
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality standards are met
• Some heavy lifting

Job Qualifications:

• 2+ years of CNC experience (having experience with both CNC Mill and CNC Lathe is ideal)
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprints
• Reliable, Punctual & Consistent with Attendance
