This position pays a base salary, plus a commission for gross margin generated.

Pay $40k to 70k base plus commission depending on experience.

Our office is in the top 100 offices internationally and we cannot hit #1 in the world without a dedicated, professional, and HUNGRY sales rep to bring in new business!

 

New business in our industry is brought in by:

• Visiting businesses and introducing yourself! Build long lasting relationships.
• Identify the decision maker and ask open ended questions to learn more about their specific industry, pain points, and hiring needs.
• Set appointments and consultatively educate prospects on the advantages of letting our team of efficient and urgent recruiters do the dirty work for them.

 

We are a franchise, so even though we have the backing of an international corporation, we have the heart of a small business who's owner is not only in office every day, but active in the success of our office.

 

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell Express service solutions and people to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• Create sales material to present to customers.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and customer service.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Ability to take feedback and move on.

 

8am to 5pm - Monday through Friday.
