Our solid and growing client in Effingham County, IL is seeking an experienced, in office, Customer Service Representative to round out their team!

 

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

- Calling insurance companies about benefits

- Identifying, obtaining, and following up on account information

- Professional, polite, and efficient when communicating with customers

- Computer literate and MS Office experience

- Great phone etiquette

- Motivated self-starter

 

This is a fast paced environment where great attention to detail is a must! Associate will follow all HIPPA guidelines and keep patient information confidential. Previous medical office experience is beneficial. This is an evaluation to hire position that follows a standard work week: Monday – Friday 8a – 5p, in a professional environment.
