We are seeking 2 Customer Service Representatives for a freight forwarding company in the Mapunapuna area. You will be responsible for phone and email correspondence, maintain client and vendor files, documentation and general administrative duties. Customer Service Representative Duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to clients regarding shipments to ensure vendor satisfaction
  • Enter and update flight database, customer entry, and template records as necessary to maximize efficiency and accuracy
  • Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate point of contact in the organization
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
  • 2 years of recent customer service and office experience 
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with various personalities
