Job Summary: Are you dedicated, motivated, and organized? Fabrication Company in Garden Grove has an opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator with strong administrative skills! Responsibilities includes: 

  1. Overall administrative work such as answering phones, ordering supplies, organizing, filing
  2. Taking incoming calls & provide Customer Service to callers and in office visitors 
  3. Data entry/process orders in the in house system
  4. General office clerical support work

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of Office, Administrative & Customer Service experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience
  • Great eye for details
  • Excellent communication skills & positive team player attitude
