Epoxy Floor Installers / Tile Restoration Technicians

 

Perform skilled craft epoxy flooring installations and proprietary tile restoration
work in commercial and industrial settings under the supervision of a Crew Leader.
Crew Technicians receive on-the-job training and are provided with all the necessary equipment, tools, and PPE.
***Must be willing to travel***
Job Responsibilities:
• Loading/unloading equipment, tools, and materials to be used on coating installations or
tile restorations
• Protecting and preparing work area using floor grinders, vacuums, and cleaning
chemicals prior to install or performing restoration work
• Mixing materials and/or chemicals needed for coating installations and proprietary tile
and grout restoration
• Applying coating materials and/or glazing using trowels, hand grinders, rollers, and
paintbrushes
Job Requirements:
• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
• Ability to work from a kneeling, crouching, or bent-over position frequently
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work irregular work schedules and on-call
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to use cellphone and email for work-related purposes
• Able to follow installation instructions/prescribed method of install
• Great attention to detail
• Strong work ethic (reliable with a positive attitude)
• Good customer service/manners
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (must be insurable)
