Office Manager/Payroll Administrator

One of our top clients in Fayetteville, NC is seeking to hire an Office Manager/Payroll Administrator for direct hire.  This is a CPA firm environment and the team treats each other like family.  They are looking for someone that is willing to make a long term commitment to the firm and not seeking to move within 2-3 years.  The following requirements apply to this position:

  • Previous payroll experience a must
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft office knowledge
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced office environment and multi-task
  • Ability to work with many clients and their individual needs.
  • Ideal candidate must have a pleasant demeanor and professional skill set.
  • Willingness to work some overtime hours especially during tax season which runs from January through May

The client is offering the following perks and benefits:

  • Half day Fridays from late May to late August.
