Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Commercial HVAC company who is seeking skilled HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 3 years of  service experience. 

Full time - Evaluation to hire position,

Pay range: $25.00-$27.00 per hour DOE 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve problems with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems under the guidance of a supervisor.
•  Complete facility requests related to electrical work, plumbing, furniture moves, and other work orders as assigned.
• Performs a variety of general repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Identifies potential problems and takes corrective action as needed (i.e., replace faulty or expired parts; adjust and recalibrate thermostats and other automatic controls; repair motors; service steam/hot water boilers.)
• Performs routine safety and maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of equipment
• Checks for loose wires and secures properly, monitors motors, belts, and lubricates as needed
• Prepares reports and/or maintenance records, as needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills required: 

• 2 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA  Approved Universal Technician Certification
• Low Voltage Electrical Certification
• Direct Digital Controls (DDC) Experience preferred.
