Job Title: HVAC Technician Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hour

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration units
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions
• Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate installations, repairs, and maintenance schedules
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and hours worked
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components
• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
