Janitorial Associate - Swing Shift

Located in Wilsonville, OR

Salary: $18.75/hr.

A client of ours in Wilsonville is looking to add a Janitor to their team. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will make a real difference here.

This is an evaluation to hire position. 

Duties:

• Maintain facility cleanliness inside and out, including debris removal.
• Perform various floor cleaning tasks (buffing, waxing, mopping, carpet cleaning).
• Clean windows, walls, light fixtures, and office spaces.
• Ensure cleanliness of lunchrooms, restrooms, and work areas.
• Handle emergency spills, including biohazards.
• Restock facility supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.).
• Adhere to safety and equipment guidelines.
• Assist with meeting room and event set-up/breakdown.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Maintenance Management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):

•  Minimum 1 year custodial/janitorial experience
• HS Diploma/GED
• Proficient in English for understanding and applying work instructions and safety procedures
• Knowledge of floor cleaning equipment (buffers, waxers, vacuums) preferred
• Familiarity with modern cleaning methods and safe chemical handling preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills for shift reporting
• Occasionally lift objects up to 25 lbs.
• Regularly perform tasks such as standing, sitting, climbing, and using manual dexterity

Pay: $18.75/hr.  + DOE

Schedule(s): Monday – Friday, 11m-7:30pm
