Customer Service Representative

Location: Randolph, NJ

Pay: $25/Hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM -5PM

Responsibilities:

Customer purchase order entry and acknowledgement
Handle 100+ emails daily with follow up
Formulate concise and professional emails
Direct customer inquiries and complaints to appropriate contact
Follow procedures and processes outlined
Handle multiple tasks and priorities daily
Work with Accounting department to invoice customers
Set up and maintain accurate records and files
Answer and make telephone calls
Scan & file documents for record retention
Greets visitors as needed

Qualifications:

Computer skills including Microsoft office suite/outlook
Multi-tasking
Organizational skills
Ability to change direction as customer needs require
Training in Quality Awareness, OP 02, OP 07, and related Work Instructions
