Coastal Equipment Company, a Division of Golden Corral Corporation, is actively seeking a Project Administrator to play a pivotal role in our company’s innovation and expansion.  This is a temporary Express Employment agency full-time position with potential for company placement.

Role Overview:

As a Project Administrator, you will support the Project Coordinator in all facets of project management, including planning, budgeting, order processing, scheduling, and communication of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

·         Gathering project information, quotations, and specifications related to site-specific project requirements.

·         Managing purchase order processes efficiently.

·         Assist in coordinating and scheduling deliveries.

·         Documenting and generating files and data.

·         Assisting in the smooth closeout of projects.

Desired Qualifications:

·         Experience in Microsoft applications.

·         Exceptional multitasking abilities and comfort working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
