Express has multiple openings for Accounting Clerks including full-time, temporary and temp-to-hire!

We have clients in the Mira Mesa, Miramar, Poway and Rancho Bernardo areas that are looking for experienced individuals with organizational skills, outgoing personality, and a passion to succeed.  Starting pay rates range from $21-$26/hour depending on experience.

Accounting Clerk job highlights:

• Assist in varying accounting activities.
• Calculate costs of goods and services.
• Distribute invoices to clients and track past-due payments.
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Service external and internal customers in a friendly and efficient manner, while communicating professionally.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
• Other clerical duties, including but not limited to reporting, faxing, filing, data entry, scanning, etc.

What we look for in an Accounting Clerk:

• 1+ years' previous experience in AP/ AR, billing, finance, payroll, or other related fields
• Strong Data entry skills, typing 30+ WPM
• Strong computer skills, Intermediate to Advanced Excel required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Strong time management skills: ability to prioritize, organize and multitask
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a Plus
• Experience with QuickBooks a Plus
• High School Degree/GED.  Associates Degree a Plus.

Pay Rate:   $21.00 - $26.00 (depending on experience)

Schedule:  Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (could be flexible)
