Administrative Assistant

Located in Peoria Heights, IL

Salary: $18.00-$22.00

Looking for an Administrative Assistant for a local construction company. Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. 

Key Responsibilities:

Construction billing, project administration, and payroll.

Duties:

Filing and answering calls

Keeping inventory of company tools and materials

Following up with customers and vendors

Qualifications:

Work experience as an administrative assistant or in the construction industry.

Accounting background (Degree preferred)

Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability 

Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
