Looking for an Office Manager Assistant to join our team. You will play a critical role in keeping our office a positive, productive environment. We value flexibility, and continuous learning and development.

 

 

Duties:

 

• Oversee clerical tasks
• Maintain files
• Accurately taking and delivering messages
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly 
• Answering phone calls 
• Assisting with payroll
• Invoicing customers
• Assisting project managers with quotes

Job Qualifications:

• Great customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently 
• Ability to use all general office equipment 
• Strong communication skills
