Location: Parsippany, NJ

Pay: $19/Hour

Responsibilities:

Long term temp to perm (no guarantees on perm).  1st month onsite for training, then 2 days hybrid onsite. 
Hours for this position are 9:00-5:30 pm, last two days of the month until 6:00 pm. 

•    Respond to a heavy volume of customer e-mails and faxes related to order inquiries.
•    Responsibilities include expediting orders, tracking shipments, investigating shipping problems and coordinating resolution of any issue that may negatively affect customer satisfaction.
•    Create customer order requests in appropriate databases to support accurate processing of domestic and international customer orders, pricing, and invoicing.
•    Manage short supply situations, backorders and manual allocations as required.
•    Timely and accurate processing and invoicing of domestic and/or international orders.
•    Support promotional sales campaigns and product launches.
•    Resolve service inquiries to the satisfaction of the customer within established company guidelines.
•    Enter purchase orders from ERP in queue system to Order Data Base – minimum daily order requirement must be met.
•    Alert Manager with all system errors, pricing errors, engineering errors, etc.
to avoid product holds on incoming orders
•    Clarify open issues such as pricing and missing order information

•    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•    Detail oriented individual who is able to prioritize work to ensure proper workflow.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
