Compensation: 

• Base Salary range of $40000 - $50000 / year
• Commission range of $10,000 - $50000 / year

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs 
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
• Promote and sell Express Employment Professionals staffing services to potential clients
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the staffing industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
