Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Warehouse Maintenance Technician!

 

Pay: Earn up to $700 a week! (This is a full time job opportunity!)

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 7AM - 4PM

 Enjoy your weekends off!

CMF Techs are responsible for performing tasks related to the requalification, painting, and repair of customer-owned refillable cylinders.  This position will also assist in the plant when and where required.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks or pallets with cylinders
• Perform initial visual inspection on cylinders
• Shot blast cylinders and move to next work area
• Requalify acetylene cylinders according to established procedures
• Repair and re-valve cylinders as necessary and according to established procedures
• Paint cylinders as necessary according to established procedures
• Re-label, shrink-wrap valves and perform QC checks
• Requalify refillable cylinders using water jacket or ultrasonic test methods as appropriate
• Adhere to all established procedures, policies, and safety rules
• Perform other tasks as assigned or needed

 

Other requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with hand tools and mechanical equipment
• Attention to detail required. Must keep neat and accurate records
• Previous knowledge of cylinders and industrial gases is preferred
• Mechanical aptitude

• Forklift
• Shot blaster
• Valving machine
• Paint guns and booth
• Water jacket hydrotest equipment
• Ultra-test ultrasonic test equipment Cylinder inverter / driers

 

Education or Experience Required:

• High School graduate or equivalent
