Must have an active 4-40 CSR license or 2-20 General Lines license 2-5 years of relative insurance experience is preferred **COMMERCIAL experience would be EXTREMELY Helpful** Well-organized and self-motivated Must possess good phone etiquette skills Possess a positive attitude Demonstrated job stability Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service High school diploma or equivalent Associates degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience
