TIG Welder

Located in Howell, MI

Salary: $20-28/hr.

Express Employment is seeking experienced TIG welders in Howell, MI

Pay range: $20-28/hr

Day shift hours! Typically 5:30a-2:00pm, Monday-Friday

Requirements:

• Perform TIG welding on both carbon steel and stainless steel; some MIG welding may be required
• Fabricate of parts for component build out
• Some basic machining skills required

Qualifications:

• Accomplished TIG welder with carbon and stainless steel
• Be able to interpret and build from fabrication drawings
• Run orbital welding machines
• Operate basic machinery such as a lathe, drill press, grinders, various types of saws
• Ability to operate fork lift trucks
• Ability to and experience in rigging weights up to 1 ton

Education:

• Completed vocational training OR hands on experience welding
