Salary: $50,000/yr. bonus comission

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, & professional Outside/Inside Sales Rep!

Position Overview -

The Sales Associate's primary emphasis is on bringing in new business. This is done by qualifying potential business opportunities and contacting key decision makers, through face to face in person sales calls. Successful people in this role are comfortable engaging with business people at all levels and selling critical business services we offer. This requires the ability to use consultative selling techniques (communication skills, questioning, and listening techniques, etc.) and the discipline to be persistent, professional, authentic, trustworthy, confident, and personable while following a daily and weekly plan and demonstrating the desire and drive to become a top performing sales professional.

Technical Skills -

· Sales Prospecting (face to face, in-person) 2 days per week & Inside Sales Prospecting (in office) 3 days per week - will include virtual selling

· Territory Management

· Ability to gather information by having a conversation with all levels of company personnel

· Research

· Computer Skills (Word, Outlook Calendar, Excel)

· Networking

· Excellent typing skills, must be comfortable with entering information gathered into our database and comfortable with assigning all follow ups to the inside Sales team.

 

Training is provided, we are looking for the right personality and drive more than previous sales experience. Must be passionate to help the Greater Danbury community, people and business of all industries.
