LOCATION: Strip District - Pittsburgh PA
Purpose
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for completing interior and exterior maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building systems and Preventive Maintenance program for the company portfolio of buildings and properties.
Duties:
- Performs scheduled preventive maintenance
- complete basic and complex repairs and maintenance to building
- Communicate with Property Management about any work that requires outside assistance
- Complete repairs to light fixtures, replace bulbs, and ballast to existing lighting systems
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
- Completes general building maintenance and repairs including drywall, painting, lighting, repairs.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment
- Using Hand Tools/ Power tools as needed for projects
Qualifications:
- Commercial Maintenance Tech Exp
- Highly Motivated and Independant Worker
- Team Goal Oriented
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall patch, painting experience
