Salary: $21.95 - $33.95 / hour

We are looking for Production Electricians with marine experience for a marine manufacturer located in New Orleans. This is a direct-hire opportunity with room for growth.

ELIGIBLE FOR $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS

Pay: $21.95 - $33.95 / hour depending on level with quarterly increases

Note : Level will be determined based on relevant experience, scope of role, skills, etc

Job Duties:

• Job duties include but are not limited to cable fabrication, electrical panel assembly, wire stripping, electrical schematics layouts, hook-ups, and soldering.
• Cable pulling and grooming raceways.
• Must be able to work from engineering drawings, sketches, blueprints, and schematics, and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Perform job duties with the use of basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters, drill motors, sand, and grinding tools, etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 1 -3 years of related experience.
• The ability to read blueprints, shop orders, sketches, and drawings is necessary for the completion of tasks or work.
• Must be able to perform basic (simple) shop mathematics.
• Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours as needed to accomplish the task.
• General understanding of metric measuring system.
• Naval craft experience is a plus.
