A Jacksonville manufacturing company is seeking Production Associates to join their team. This position does have room for growth and can evolve. This role works internally with other staff and teams to complete production goals daily. This position is located in a climate-controlled building. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Rotate through specific workstations where components are added to the product that increases the product value
- Work from specifications, production work orders, and operating instructions
- Operation of machinery procedures to ensure proper operations, safety, and quality of assembled/finished products
- Monitors production requirements of assembly areas to ensure an adequate number of quality parts are supplied
- Maintained a neat, clean, and orderly working environment and proper housekeeping procedures for all personnel assigned.
- Must adhere to their selected manufacturing cell's SPM
- Assist in the move-in and move-out of components
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to work individually and in a team setting
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve defects in products
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift
- Ability to work fast paced
