Salary: $50K + commission

We are looking for an individual to join our team as an Employment Specialist/Recruiter! We are a family owned and operated staffing franchise helping businesses in Sarasota to find qualified employees. The main goal of an employment specialist is to recruit and screen candidates, schedule interviews, manage client accounts, and providing feedback and coaching to candidates. No weekends or evenings required!

This is a highly demanding and fast paced work environment, we are looking for candidates that are able to maintain composure and professionalism at all times, while analyzing and/or prioritizing multiple duties at once.

Duties:

• Help connect job seekers with available jobs
• In person interviews 
• Supervise small teams of employees
• Client quality checks 
• Employment verifications
• Calling on local businesses in the community 
• Attends and participates in job fairs
• Qualify applications and schedule interviewing appointments with clients
• Perform other tasks as requested 

Requirements:

• Recruiting/Staffing experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• Customer service or sales experience
• Cold calling 
• High school diploma/GED
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
