Salary: $21-$24 DOE

One of the largest global networks of manufacturers in Architectural Products is looking to add a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Must have 1-2 years relevant customer service experience

Pay/Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 8a - 5p
• Starting at $21/hour

Job Duties:

• Provide support to dealers via phone and email
• Enter customer orders and follow through with fulfillment, communicate expected delivery date and explain stock-outs
• Work closely with production team on ETA's on out-of-stock items
• Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch and keep customer informed of schedules
• Help customers, provide feedback to management

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Multi-line phone system
• Perfect attendance is a must for candidates. Punctual and reliable
• Sit, stand, and or walk for up to 6-8 hours per day
• Exceptional typing skills – 40 + WPM
