Pre-Fabrication Welder

OVERVIEW: We are seeking a reliable MIG Production Welder for our client company in Fairview! This position will require you to have a proven attendance record and solid work ethic as this is a small team and each person plays a huge part. This company produces a variety of custom towable trailers and you would be responsible for welding a variety of trailer parts together and some other fabrication. This is a long term position with flexibility and room for growth.

 

DUTIES:

• Work in a fast-paced production environment with minimal supervision
• Weld parts in a timely and accurate manner in order to meet all production quotas
• Maintain and clean work area
• Fit and weld all parts to completion as specified by drawings

 

PAY: $22.00/DOE

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of MIG Welding experience in recent &relevant prior employment
• Aptitude for production welding
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Proficiency with typical fabrication tools (welders, Grinders, plasma cutters, squares, levels, etc.)
• Ability to read a measuring tape to 1/16" precision
•  Ability to communicate well with others and have good organization skills
