We’re looking to fill an AP Specialist position. 

Full time, Mon – Fri,

 

• Quick books experience, required
• Automotive or construction experience, helpful
• AP experience, required
• Computer literate

Duties:

• Enter payables and analyze invoices 
• Submit invoices for approval, issue payments, cut checks as needed 
• Reconcile vendor statements 
• Review and manage expense reports 
• Complete and submit credit applications 
• Review & correct jobsite orders for accuracy
