Electrical/Mechanical Assembly

Located in Brookfield, WI

Salary: $20-$25/hr

A Brookfield Company needs Electrical Assemblers 

$20-25/HR BOE

Shift: 6:00am -2:30pm (with OT)

          Monday - Friday

 

Job Description:

• Review specifications and bills of material
• Check contents of kit and prepare short list if necessary
• Plan and perform wiring, terminals, attachments, and connections
• Attach, connect, and assemble hosing and perform water test to ensure compliance with specifications
• Assemble, attach and route pneumatic and hydraulic components and associated hosing
• Adjust, modify, and fabricate parts and assemblies as required to make equipment functional to customer specifications
• Layout, assemble and attach system for customer inspection, factory interconnection, or final test
• Perform final clean – up in system in preparation for use or shipment
• Perform skilled fitting of parts, sub assemblies and related units
• Aligning, adjusting, and required secondary machining

 

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Need to be skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment
• Need to be familiar with common electrical terminologies, components, and standards (UL, CE)
• 3 years or more of experience working with electrical panel wiring required
• Must have wire troubleshooting skills “point to point continuity”
• Knowledgeable on wire capacity sizing
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
