Express Employment Professionals of North and Downtown Omaha has partnered with some local construction companies and we are currently recruiting for Countertop Installers!

Highlights:

• Company does full service manufacturing and installation!
• Locally owned company that is growing rapidly!
• Starting pay $20 an hour!

This position will be doing carpentry work at job sites, cutting material, installing, and painting. This position does involve moderate to heavy lifting as well as standing and bending.

Job Duties:

• Install or repair countertops in existing homes, new home construction job sites and commercial work sites.
• Coordinate with other teams, outside vendors and contractors to meet installation schedules and goals.
• Ensure the end product exceeds customer expectations, including post-installation clean-up.
• Operate all necessary tools to complete a job.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and maintained for optimum performance and safety.
• Occasionally perform on-site adjustments, including sink cut-outs, edge trims and surface finishing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior countertop installation or service experience
• Previous carpentry experience
• Stone countertop finishing experience
• Excellent measuring skills
• Experienced with all power tools
• Ability to work well under deadlines
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
