Job Summary: 

• oversees operations of department including hand grinding, cleaning, demagnetizing, assembly and special operations.
• organizes, leads and trains employees to make sure projects are complete within established guidelines
• enforces company safety policies and procedures.
• order supplies
• schedule staff

Location: Indianapolis, IN East

Position Type: temp/perm

Pay:  $17-18/hr

Schedule:  6a-2:30p M-F

 

Qualifications: 

• production supervision experience preferred
• basic computer knowledge
• exhibits strong judgment and decision making skills
• able to multi-task
