Salary: $20 - $25 / HR or DOE

We are searching for a skilled Paralegal for a busy local law office. The Paralegal will assist with a broad spectrum of administrative tasks including preparation of contracts, legal documents, evidence preparation, and more. Duties may also include case organizing, analyzing, research, and writing. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced Paralegal candidate.

Duties:

• Assist attorneys in the day-to-day handling of cases from inception through trial
• Draft and revise documents
• Gather records, files, and written reports. Retain files and prepare legal documents.
• Conduct legal research 
• Provide general support to attorneys
• Monitor deadlines while coordinating multiple calendars
• Communicate professionally with internal staff, clients, outside counsel, and court personnel
• Filing and other administrative tasks
• Use legal technology for case and document management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of prior law firm experience required
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
• Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
• Superior attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
