Position Summary: DIRECT HIRE POSITION!

Rewind Machine Operator, 1st and 2nd shift openings! DIRECT HIRE!

Production Shifts - Mon-Thurs (with OT Friday and Saturday)
A shift 12% shift differential 
B shift none 
C shift 15% overall 

1st - 4am to 2:30pm
2nd - 2:30pm to 3am
working about 10 hours right now

$19.88/hr. plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. 4 day work week-Monday through Thursday with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays! Great benefits offered after 30 days!

The Rewind Operator is responsible for keeping the rewinders up and running. Backup rewind operator. Perform other tasks as assigned.

· Receives job assignments from Press Supervisor or Team Lead; reads job specifications and selects correct cores and rewind method for job

· Reviews the job jacket to ensure all finishing, packaging, and shipping specifications are addressed.

· Inspect products to ensure quality integrity and package products

· Observes the flow of material through the machine to detect irregular cutting and winding

· Ensure quality of work to include color, size, die cut, perforations, print, and quantity of packaged items being shipped

· Assist in cutting, collating, wrapping, and packaging converting jobs.

· Perform preventative maintenance on machines

· Remove or replace blades on inspection machines

· Completes paperwork for each job and packages finished goods for shipment to the customer.

· Keeps work areas clean, clear, and organized; maintains housekeeping standards
